This is Bubble Baby Panda it is the second of the Bubble Baby series. At the moment, I have no idea how many of these adorable Bubbles there will be! I hope that you enjoy creating this baby as much as I do!

Materials needed:

  • Bernat Blanket Yarn: White (Color A)

  • Bernat Blanket Yarn or any bulky weight yarn: Country Blue (Color B)

  • Small amount of black yarn for nose

  • Small amount of pink yarn for blush

  • 25 safety or felt eyes

  • Crochet hooks in size 5 mm

  • Darning needle

  • Stitch marker

    Abbreviations:

  • Bo: Bobble Stitch (5DCtog)

  • BLO: Back Loop Only

  • Dec: Decrease (Crochet 2 SC together)

  • F/O: Finish Off

  • Inc: Increase (2 SC into one stitch)

  • MR: Magic Ring

  • SC: Single Crochet

  • Sl St: Slip Stitch

  • Sts: Stitches

  • xx rounds: Represents the number of times that you need to repeat the step.

  • (...) x: Represents the number of times you repeat that sequence in that rounds

  • (x): At the end of the round is the number of stitches you should have at the end of the round.

Head/ Body:

*Abbreviations in BLACK are Color A

Abbreviations RED are Color B*

Round 1: 6 SC into MR (6)

Round 2: Inc x 6 (12)

Round 3: (1 SC, Inc) x 6 (18)

Round 4: (2 SC, Inc) x 6 (24)

Round 5: (3 SC, Inc) x 6 (30)

Round 6: (4 SC, Inc) x 6 (36)

Round 7-9: 36 (36) 3 rounds

Round 10: 12 SC, Bo, 10 SC, Bo, 12 SC (36)

Round 11: 36 SC (36)

Round 12-13: 36 SC (36) 2 rounds

Round 14: (4 SC, Dec) x 6 (30)

*Safety eye stems on rows 7-8 with 3 Sts between and felt eyes are on rows 7-9 spaced with 3 Sts between.*

*Start stuffing*

Round 15: (3 SC, Dec) x 2, 2, Bo, Dec, 3 SC, Dec, Bo, 2 Sc, Dec, 3 SC, Dec(24)

Round 16: BLO: (2 SC, Dec) x 6 (18)
